for prayer go 2 boneyard in wildy but just go with nothing on and def train on a level about 10 under you...so mayb ghost in stonghold of security pirat

i was a f2p for a long time.. train defence on lessers. or , train defence and prayer on moss giants, bury moss giant bones bounce
